The mediation summary report (MSR) is the result of the voluntary deliberative mediation process between the individuals. The memorandum is not itself a legally-binding document. Completion of the MSR only indicates that the document accurately reflects the points of agreement created by the individuals in mediation, Clients will need to take the document to their lawyers for review and conversion into a legal agreement that both parties are willing to sign.
